Bedtime Yoga is now available in select buildings where we provide personal training services around Vancouver!
Whether you have a hard time falling asleep, staying asleep or just want to balance out
your busy, active or sedentary day, practicing yoga before bed can dramatically improve your quality of sleep.

Gwynneth Powell Sobejko
Gwynneth is a certified Iyengar yoga instructor. Gwynneth's classes are a combination of active, restorative and supported postures that help dissipate stress from the day and create expansion from the inside out. Gwynneth is especially gifted at seeing what props (if any) each student needs to achieve their fullest expression of a pose and in this way Gwynneth welcomes and meets every student where they are at, regardless of age or ability.
Gwynneth is currently teaching Bedtime Yoga to residents at Bridgewater Tower in North Vancouver at 8pm on Thursdays.
Alexa has practiced yoga and mindful movement in Vancouver since 2008. She is a certified yoga instructor with over 700 hours of study in vinyasa, yin, hatha and restorative yoga. Alexa's aim is to make yoga accessible for all bodies and her teaching style is infused with both creativity and compassion, encouraging each student to explore. Her enthusiasm for mindfulness and self inquiry is infectious, as is her smile.
Alexa is currently teaching Bedtime Yoga to residents of Emerald Terrace in Vancouver's West End at 8pm on Tuesdays.
