As a fitness and nutrition coach, it is my passion to educate people about how to integrate healthy habits into their daily lives for lasting results. One way we can do this is by continually educating ourselves regarding different approaches to health, fitness, exercise, nutrition and everything else under the sun! This can be daunting and difficult to do if we already have busy lives, so here I will share some of the best books that I have come across that are worth fitting into your day.

As well, I am perpetually playing and creating in the kitchen and in doing so have created and modified many recipes to fit with my approach to eating. Drawing from all approaches to eating, all of the recipes I share in my cookbooks follow my approach of eating whole, natural foods. Many of the recipes are new takes on traditional meals but without the refined flours, sugars and dairy products that are so common.
