After keeping a detailed food log for at least one week, we will assess the things you are doing right, what needs improvement and what needs to be eliminated. We will discuss natural nutrition principles for a healthy approach to eating.

In this session we will overhaul your fridge, freezer, pantry and cupboards to get rid of any potential harmful items, all while discussing healthier alternatives and replacements. This gives you a clean slate to start from.
Grocery Store Field Trip
So your kitchen is clean and ready to go, but you walk in the grocery store and don’t know what to buy?? This session will educate you about reading and interpreting nutrition labels, making better choices and understanding the difference between labels like organic, natural, and healthy.
Healthy Food Preparation and Planning Demo
The junk has been thrown away and you’ve stocked up on wonderful fruits, veggies, organic, free-range meats, eggs and seafood, raw nuts and other foods. Now what? Many of the healthier ingredients may be things you have never worked with before and can be very intimidating. In this session you will learn how to prepare food using healthier ingredients and in such a way that it can be incorporated into your busy lifestyle. Planning is key if you are serious about making lasting changes to your lifestyle!
Ongoing Nutritional Coaching
So you know everything you should be eating, but do you still find yourself “cheating” every now and then, or that the scale isn’t budging despite everything you try? With ongoing nutritional coaching, you check-in every week for 15 minutes to review your food journal and discuss things that may be hampering your progress. For many people, the key to success is being held accountable and this does just that. Plus, with ongoing coaching, you have unlimited access via email to ask questions about anything that might come up.
