No Refunds are given at any time for any reason.
Transfer Policy
Individuals who register for a workshop and subsequently decide to not attend that workshop or wish to attend another workshop offered by Integrated Fitness & Nutrition, must notify Integrated Fitness & Nutrition in writing, with a minimum of 14 days notice before the start date of the registered workshop, and complete a new Course Registration Form to officially transfer to a new workshop. In order to enroll in the new workshop, a $25.00 transfer fee applies. Any notice given within 14 days of the start of the workshop, regardless of the date of registration for the workshop, will not be entitled to transfer to another workshop at a later date.
Within 14 days of the start of the workshop, if an individual who has registered for the workshop decides not to attend that registered workshop, that individual may transfer their enrollment to a third party. Integrated Fitness & Nutrition is not responsible and will not be involved in third party transactions. In order to transfer enrollment to another person for the registered date, a $25.00 transfer fee applies, and the new registrant must complete a Workshop Registration Form to officially transfer the enrollment.
Workshop Cancellation
Integrated Fitness & Nutrition reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event at their discretion due to weather, illness, natural disaster, or any other reason. In the event of a workshop cancellation by Integrated Fitness & Nutrition, 100% of the fee will be transferable to another workshop and will be kept on file to be used within 6 months. The fee will then expire and no transfer will be offered after this 6 month period. No refunds are given at any time for any reason.
