Integrated Fitness is exactly what I was looking for. There is no excuse when your trainer comes right to your building. I talked to Paul about my goals and he has created a plan to get me there. Each session is different, which keeps things interesting and me motivated.

Paul is a pleasure to train with. I have very specific goals I want to achieve - I want to have functional core strength, good balance, and I want to be able to do a pull up. I've trained with Paul once a week for 2 months and a I'm seeing greater balance while riding my bike and running. I see myself getting closer and closer to doing a pull up and that is very exciting. Paul pushes you to achieve what you want and explains why he chooses the exercises he chooses. He makes me a smarter gymer - he has shown me training sessions that I can use while I travel and exercises I can do on my own to gain the strength I need.
