Once a week

$105 per session

We recommend training with us once a week if you already have 3-5 other days of scheduled physical activity OR are prepared to do 2 workouts at home and have the equipment/space to do so. You can see results from just once a week with us IF you are self-motivated and otherwise active.

Twice a week

$100 per session

Most of our clients train with us twice a week. It gives us the opportunity to guide you and manage your weight progressions with the optimal amount of rest (48-72 hours) between each session. If you have 1-3 other days of scheduled physical activity and no complex rehab needs then this is likely the right choice for you.

Three times a week

$95 per session

Our clients who train with us three times a week are our superstars! They have a high degree of commitment to their physical health and/or they know they simply won’t get workouts in if their workouts aren’t scheduled with their trainer. If you have a lot of demands on your time, or you have complex rehab needs, then we recommend you consider scheduling three sessions a week.


Doubles Sessions

Multiply the rates above by 1.5 for the corresponding doubles session rate.


Sessions are 50 minutes long and are scheduled on the hour to allow 10 minutes to fully sanitise the studio between each client.

Sessions are billed monthly, in advance, and we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.
