After being awarded a first class honours degree and winning the John Hunter Medal for outstanding performance in the exercise sciences, Rachel moved to Vancouver in 2000 to begin her career as a Fitness Consultant.

While always keeping one foot in the fitness world, she has sojourned in both Investment Banking and the IT sector, as well as working on Vancouver's Olympic bid team pre-2010.

Over the years, Rachel’s personal training clients have included RCMP recruits and VPD officers, first time sun-runners and seasoned marathoners, new moms and C-level executives.

In her free time, she has run over a dozen marathons, ten ultramarathons and a handful of long-distance triathlons. Having completed an Ironman when her first child was ten months old, Rachel is an expert at finding creative ways to helping time-challenged clients fit fitness into their lives.
